Impact of Anticholinergic Burden on Cognitive Test Performance - an analysis of accumulation Lead Investigator: Sarah Anderson Institution : Greenville VA Health Care Center E-Mail : ande1015@pacificu.edu Proposal ID : 1056 Proposal Description: We propose a study to address the impact of cumulative anticholinergic burden on performance on specific neuropsychological tests (beyond screening measures)in an attempt to clarify which cognitive domains are more vulnerable to anticholinergic burden. We would like our sample to include older adults (age 65+) who do not have a history of dementia, stroke or epilepsy at their index visit.
